Structural Strength, Classic Lines

Connext is a family-owned business dedicated to bringing innovative solutions to Post and Beam construction. The company has applied decades of experience to create a system of connectors, tools, plans, and advice to make Post to Beam building easier and classier.

Structural Connectors

The Connext system begins with patented and structurally approved connectors, fabricated from 6061 structural grade aluminum and e-coated black. Connext displays the wood with minimal metal visibility. Architects can add them confidently for either an old-school or a minimalist, modern look. Contractors and experienced DIY-ers can frame easily with the Connext system, preserving the natural beauty of wood.

Tools for the Job

Connext tools are precision-engineered to enable highly accurate cutting of timbers. Custom tools make post and beam framing a breeze, designed for slotting, end and angle cutting, and birds mouth cuts. Thesewere engineered and patented to provide the specific tools required for the Connext system.

Plans

Plans are essential to the construction of any building. Connext provides plans ranging from small buildings and pergolas to huge barns and 2- story homes. Designers are available to customize plans. Connext has the product drawings and engineering specs to support architects, designers, and contractors.

“Connext parts are solid, perfectly machined, and the optional tools make installation both foolproof and precise.”
